The town of Oban and the surrounding area is full of things to do and see. Our historic location means that there are many castles and standing stones to visit. McCaig’s Tower overlooks the town and is well worth the short walk from the town centre to see the view.
Oban has a cinema, theatre, War and Peace Museum and Sea Life Centre. Alternatively you may wish to check out the nightlife. Whatever the weather, you’ll find something to fill your days and evenings and make your stay a memorable one.
Oban Distillery sits beneath the steep cliff that overlooks Oban, and is one of Scotland’s oldest sources of single malt scotch whisky.
